Requirements for Kamp Kampers MUST BE DEAF Kampers must communicate in sign language Kampers must be between 6-17 years old A Kamp application form must be filled out (7 pages) with: A medical form signed by a certified Medical Doctor (MD) stating that the kamper is in good physical health and is able to participate in the kamp activities; The most recent "IEP" copy of the first page; and A copy of the most recent "audiologist report" A family member is REQUIRED to: Bring and pick up their kamper Attend the "Performance/Awards Ceremony" on Friday afternoon, the last day of Deaf Kids' Kamp     .
