Sponsorship All Kampers attend free... regardless of their family's financial situation. Kampers are sponsored by clubs, organizations, individuals, businesses. foundations, sign language classes, and Sproul Ranch Inc. fundraising events...including Silent Weekends. Sproul Ranch Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization based in Lancaster, CA. (Federal ID#77-0184815). Donations are tax deductible allowable by law. Cost per Kamper per week = $700. This fee includes: lodging (6 days), a t-shirt, photographs, presentations by various individuals and groups, staff camping education, administrative costs, insurance, and salaries.
